Unfortunetly for non runners like myself  we increase the chance of dying from heart disease by half of regular runners.  On a serious note this is something that is quite worrying, so today I wanna encourage others to run not just because its the best exercise to lose fat.

Im going to set myself a challenge of running 4 times a week for 10 minutes in my local park, after all the healthier we are the happier we will be.

  1. I really like you list of exercises that you have provided here for helping people lose weight fast. Burpees and jumping squats are great body weight exercises that I use often. But my personal favourite wasn’t on the list, tabata Jumping lunges. This is an absolute killer for me at the end of a workout, it certainly get the heart pumping.

  2. As far as workouts go, I love boxing and running the steps. It does get your cardio up and will definitely burn you out. I used to hate running on the road, but I restarted because of a fitness challenge and I’m really getting into it. Just three mile runs though. Trying to get to 6 min miles.

    I am really interested in doing kickboxing because not only will it make me healthier it will also give me self defence experience. It’s the best way to lose weight in my humble opinion.
